How to have Perkira Logistics remove the personal information ImportAlert holds about you.

Stop the messages now

Reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages. No further updates are sent to your number from that moment.

Ask us to delete your information

1. Email percy.munyunyu@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or send the same words on WhatsApp to +263 77 140 8182.
2. Give the WhatsApp number or email address the messages were sent to, and your name.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from that number, so that nobody else can delete your information.

We will delete your name, number, email and messages within 30 days and tell you when it is done. If your vehicle is still on its way, we will stop the messages and tell your import agent that you asked us to remove your details.

What we may keep

A record that a request was made, and anything the law requires us to keep (for example financial records of an agent's account). Even without a request, we remove a client's name and number 12 months after their last delivery ends. See our privacy policy.

Agents

To close an agent account and delete its users, the account owner should email us from the address on the account.
